A: This is not a weight-loss program, it’s a wellness program. Keep in mind that this coaching program teaches you the skills you need to become and stay lean and healthy. In five years it won’t matter if it took you 8 weeks or 8 months to lose the extra fat, you’ll just be happy that you got the foundation in place to keep the fat you lost off in the long term. How much body-fat you lose will depend on the amount of excess body-fat you have and how closely you follow your meal plan. A: Yes. Our coaching program is centered around helping you to transition to a healthy lifestyle with moderate exercise and proper nutrition so that you can look and feel your best.Q: Am I going to have to buy a lot of expensive health food?
A: No. Our nutrition plans are based on whole foods like fruits, vegetables, lean meats, healthy carbs and fats. You’ll be able to eat eggs, poultry, beef, pork, fish, seafood, whole-grains, seeds, nuts, beans, legumes, vegetables, fruits, herbs and spices. We also include some healthy fats like coconut oil, cold-pressed vegetable oils and butter. We limit most processed foods.Q: I’ve never set foot inside a gym – will the Kaizen Wellness Method work for me?

A: No you don’t. Real nutritious food is always preferable to supplements during your transformation and any supplements we suggest will be for your convenience only.
